BarbersRide Established in 2017

2025 marked the last UK-led BarbersRide, as founders Richie Finney and Xavier Berrell officially pass the baton to Europe, closing one chapter and opening an exciting new one.

More than 45 riders took part, smashing the £20,000 target for Make-A-Wish, supporting the charity’s mission of bringing fun and adventures to children living with critical illness. Whether riding a single day or the full distance, everyone shared the same purpose: all for one, and one for all.

Through the years we’ve raised over £200,000!

As co-founder Xavier Berrell put it:

“Make-A-Wish is why we do it, but the friendships and incredible community we’ve built are just as powerful.”

And Richie Finney added:

“2025 quite simply the finest yet! An absolutely phenomenal crescendo, pure poetry in motion and a breathtaking finale to the epic adventure that has been BarbersRide UK. In the immortal words of Hunter S. Thompson. 'Wow. What a ride!'”

And so that chapter is now complete. Yet the road goes ever on…

Get ready….BarbersRide Germany 2026

15-20 AUGUST 2026

Led by Alexander Feldmann and Jerome Kantner, BarbersRide Germany now steps fully into the spotlight.

“It’s an honour to carry on the incredible legacy started by Richie Finney and Xavier Berrell. We’re buzzing to keep that original spirit alive over here,” says Alex.

The dynamic duo of Feldmann & Kanter promises a ride that’s even bigger, bolder and louder, while staying true to the heart of what BarbersRide has always been.
